Overview:
This job posting is for a technical lead in D403, Technical Services. D403 is cognizant of the development, maintenance, and distribution of logistics technical data (LTD) for all submarine classes. LTD comprises of ship systems manuals, component technical manuals, steam and electric plant manuals, and maintenance and alteration documents.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering.
Served submarine qualified (SS) Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) or aboveOR
Served submarine qualified (SS) Senior Chief Petty Officer (SCPO) or above.
10+ years of related experience.
Microsoft Office computer skills.

Preferred:

Successful completion of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
Completion of a submarine department head tour or a submarine Engineering. Department Master Chief

- (EDMC) tour.

Experience with operation and maintenance of nonpropulsion electronics system (NPES) equipment is desired.
Experience with operation and maintenance of submarine hull, mechanical, and electrical (HM&E) systems (trim

- system, high pressure air system, electrical distribution system, etc).
