    Job Summary
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Sales Manager to cultivate and sell transportation solutions to new and existing customers. This individual will be responsible for calling on prospects to explain features, costs, and advantages of the company's various services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics sales, with a proven track record of success in selling aviation logistics services to airlines, aircraft operators, MRO facilities, and other aviation-related businesses.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the aviation industry.
    • Identify and target key prospects and customers in the aviation sector, including airlines, charter operators, cargo carriers, MRO facilities, and OEMs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements to effectively position our logistics services and solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and pricing, to develop customized logistics solutions that meet the unique needs of aviation clients.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the aviation logistics market.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business and meet revenue targets.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, forecasts, and sales metrics to drive accountability and performance.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers, build brand awareness, and generate leads.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting the aviation logistics sector.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on logistics sales within the aviation industry.
    • Strong knowledge of aviation logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, ground handling, and transportation.
    • Established network of contacts and relationships within the aviation industry, particularly with airlines, aircraft operators, MRO facilities, and OEMs.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of closing complex sales deals and driving customer satisfaction.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess market dynamics, and develop effective sales strategies.
    Flexibility to travel as needed for customer meetings, sales presentations, and industry events.
