    Mentor Worldwide LLC, part of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Companies, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to be based in Irvine, CA.

    Mentor is a leading supplier of breast implants in the global aesthetic market.

    The company develops, manufactures, and markets innovative, science-based products for surgical and non-surgical medical procedures that allow breast surgery patients to improve their quality of life.


    The company is focused on two strategic areas:
    breast reconstruction and breast augmentation. MENTOR breast implants and expanders are made in the U.S.A. and for over 30 years, more than 7 million women have chosen MENTOR Breast Implants.

    This position is entrusted with driving Mentor's growth through for Tissue Expanders and Breast Implants.

    Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position will:

    Work with marketing and cross-functional partners to drive growth strategy, including segmentation/ targeting/ positioning and Go-to-Market plan
    Drive customer & consumer acquisition/ retention/ engagement via integrated marketing mix for sales growth
    Lead the new product commercialization with cross-functional team and manage the existing portfolio to maximize the sales performance in the US
    Own strategic partnership, and manage the effective field implementation of the plans
    Develop and execute effective digital/social marketing content
    Work cross functionally to ensure a fresh and rich presence of Mentor KOLs on podiums, publications and promotional programs
    Develop demand generation programs and lead the execution with clear KPI to drive growth and maximize ROI
    Sales enablement - ensure that sales teams have the right messaging, tools, and training to win
    Actively manage the marketing budget to ensure programs come in on time, within budget and are deemed to be effective
    Be accountable for sales performance in the US
    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200.

    Qualifications:

    Education

    Bachelor's degree

    Required

    5 years of relevant marketing experience is required
    Proven track record of success developing & implementing programs to drive growth and launching new products to increase consumer/ customer adoption
    Strong project leadership, problem-solving, and solution driven skills
    Strong presentation and communication skills
    This role will be based in Irvine, CA and may require up to 25% travel domestically including weekends

    Preferred

    MBA Degree
    Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnership
    Strategic-minded with excellent execution skills
    Experience in developing talents and capability to provide guidance, coach, train, and motivate others
    Relevant Marketing, Sales, Agency experience
