- Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to laws, rules, and regulations
- Assist in developing new compliance policies, procedures, and training materials for healthcare functions
- Detect, prevent, and rectify compliance issues, proposing necessary corrective actions
- Support and participate in regulatory audits
- Establish robust training programs to provide mandatory compliance education to all staff
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Healthcare Compliance Analyst or equivalent role
- Thorough understanding of State and Federal regulations, along with other healthcare laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly
- Proficient in compliance management technology or similar tools
- Analytical approach with keen attention to detail
