    Document Crunch is seeking a full-time IT and Compliance Analyst to join our energetic and tight-knit team. You'll be working with everyone in the company to provide IT assistance and to help ensure our compliance with our SOC 2 Type II regime.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Microsoft 365 administration
    • Laptop procurement, provisioning, and administration
    • Assisting users with IT and account administration
    • Troubleshooting networking, permissions, and other access issues
    • Oversight and performance of SOC 2 Type II tasks and requirements in our GRC tool, Vanta
    Requirements
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience with IT administration for users
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of computer networking and security
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
    • Coursework or experience with compliance regimes like SOC 2 Type II
    • IT user helpdesk experience in a business environment
    • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ certifications are a plus
    • A strong desire to resolve users' issues and get things done
    • Excellent organizational skills
    We are currently hiring for this position in Houston. While we are a remote first workplace, we want Crunchers in this location to better facilitate periodic in person meetings, get togethers and trainings. Periodic travel will be required.
