- Provide individual clinical services to the residents; provides intervention and crisis services as needed.
- Works collaboratively with the supervisors and direct care staff to provide clinical guidance and training.
- Facilitate clinical groups such as DBT, substance abuse prevention groups, etc.
- Prepare and maintain clinical case records according to agency and licensing requirements.
- Work as part of a treatment team with external agency providers to coordinate care (schools, community counseling centers, hospital settings).
- Attends and participates in individual supervision and regional clinical team meetings.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours, is required.
- In ADDITION to the salary, this full-time position qualifies for a $3,000 Hiring Bonus ($1500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $1500 at the completion of 6 months)
