Description

We are hiring for an additional sales representative. We provide qualified scheduled home improvement sales appointments throughout the week.

Our sales representative will be taught scripts and procedures for earning new business on in-home consultations for windows, doors, siding, roofing.

Very high earning potential with flexible schedule.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and meet targets
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the remodeling or construction industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing strategies

Pay:
$72, $110,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (required)
