    Our team is growing and looking to add an Financial Planning Associate

    in our downtown Minneapolis office located at 225 South 6th Street, Suite # 4500 Minneapolis, MN

    This position will entail investment operations, relationship management, investment research, and financial planning support.


    Responsibilities:
    Prepare comprehensive financial plans and investment recommendations.
    Develop product solutions.
    Prepare investment account paperwork & process account transactions.
    Maintain client contact during the financial planning process.
    Ability to lead & grow the Advisor's practice.


    Qualifications:
    Licensed with Series 7, Series 66/63 and MN Life & Health insurance

    Role title may change based on levels of licensing

    5 years' experience in financial services industry
    High computer literacy
    Knowledge of Morningstar, NetX, Naviplan, CRM, Excel & Word.
    Positive attitude and willingness to learn & grow.
    Organized and enjoys problem solving.
    Detail oriented while multitasking - maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication skills and follow through capacity.
    Desire to serve clients with kindness and professionalism.
