Ocean Spray Cranberries is hiring an Associate Trade Planning Manager to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of sales plans and strategies.

Your focus will be on annual plan development, revenue management initiative execution, and opportunity analysis to provide recommendations for sales and revenue growth opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans. Additionally, you will assist in initiative and event analysis to identify growth opportunities for the business.

A Day in the Life...

  • Serve as primary Business Partner for several key accounts or channels, assisting in plan reviews, annual planning cycle, risk/opportunity identification and assessment.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis, including post event ROI analysis, post event audits, incremental opportunities.
  • Support execution of strategic revenue management initiatives and plans.
  • Assess variances to operating plan and work with Sales to identify gap close or revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Monthly tracking and reporting of sales performance inclusive of plan accuracy and budget compliance.
  • Support trade management tools and systems

What We Are Looking For:

  • Knowledge of trade strategies working and nonworking trade, slotting and sales execution levers
  • Understanding of CPG sales process and the role of trade investments
  • Understanding of syndicated and POS data
  • Financial analysis: revenue projections, P&L development, sensitivity analysis, ROI.
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines
  • Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills you are comfortable with large data sets, identifying insights, and not afraid of a tackling a challenge
  • Strong written and oral communication; ability to influence and persuade others

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (required)


Work Experience:
At least 3 Years of Experience


Annual Salary:
$76,800 - $105,500
