Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Expense Reporting: Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting Support: Provide support in the budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling data and assisting in variance analysis.
Audit Assistance: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management to support the finance department's objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
