- Track record of successfully operating complex business initiatives
- Understanding of the IT business, e-commerce, e-grocery, restaurant food delivery, retail, supply chain management, construction, start-up operations or a consulting background

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Management or related field is required
- 10 years of product and/or business experience, 5 years of managing large/ complex teams
