About this team The City Operations Team is responsible for the daily operations of the Coco Fleet in each city we operate and the overall city P&L. This includes setting priorities for territory expansion through coordination with our Revenue Team and Government Relations Team, active fleet optimization through management of our warehouse and field ops teams, and financial performance and efficiency of the market.

Day In a Life The General Manager role is an expert in managing high performing teams across different functions. You are relentlessly focused on improving processes and guiding your team to hitting aggressive KPIs. You lead collaboration with various departments across the organization to align teams towards common goals. You are ensuring your city is performing to its peak efficiency, setting strategy on territory expansion in partnership with our Revenue team, you are analyzing ways to improve efficiency and financial performance of your market, and you are developing leaders within your team who can grow and scale with Coco.

Responsibilities

Build high performance team with key roles: MRO Manager, Field Ops Manager, Merchant Operation Manager, Local Sales
Set vision and structure for KPI-focused Ops team
Collaborate with other teams to drive growth and financial performance of your market
Drive product and business model innovation through test and learn cycles in your market

Basic Qualifications

Prior success building and managing dynamic and interdisciplinary teams
Experience building and implementing process to drive efficiency and performance 5-7 years direct work experience
Bias for action:

Coco is dynamic and growing and we need people who not only identify problems, but jump in and begin solving them before anyone else notices

Highly Analytical:

Able to use various data sources to derive insights and set strategy to achieve goals

Familiarity with asset management and logistics business models

Preferred Qualifications

MBA preferred, not required
