    Vice President of Marketing - Restaurant
    We have been engaged by an award-winning restaurant group featuring celebrity chefs and modern fine-casual concepts.

    We are looking for an experienced VP of Marketing Create and drive the implementation of strategic corporate and restaurant marketing plans to communicate and enhance the company vision and drive continuous growth.

    You will work closely with leadership team, GMs, and ECs to design, execute and continuously improve marketing strategies as well as oversee all marketing activities, including brand, digital, CRM/loyalty, promotions, advertising and direct marketing.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in all aspects of marketing in hospitality and/or food & beverage industries
    • Record of proven success marketing smart and creative strategies
    • Ability to connect business goals with local consumer, competitor and trade area dynamics to implement effective programs
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate others to perform well and grow professionally
    • Professional and positive verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing, high growth company
    • Ability to travel as often as necessary as well as attend events and industry functions after business hours
    • Bachelor degree or similar business/strategy-related degree or equivalent experience gained in a broad business context
