Job Summary:
The
VPMarketing will be responsible for driving awareness of, and affinity for, the Guardian Dentistry Partners brand across all internal and external stakeholders through marketing strategies and initiatives that promote our unique and compelling brand positioning.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement marketing strategies that will build the Guardian Dentistry Partners brand for both external (doctor partners, investors, candidates, etc.) and internal audiences (Guardian Support Team members, practice team members)
Create and manage an annual strategic marketing and communication plan and budget
Develop data driven patient insights leading to creation of compelling, differentiated positioning in the market across multiple geographies, brands, and services
Coach, mentor and develop remote Regional Marketing team to ensure alignment between GDP and regional/partner goals
Develop cadence to support Regional Marketing teams and measure business performance relative to goals and communication to key stakeholders (doctor partners, operations, leadership)
Lead external and internal communication approaches for the GDP and all associated brands
Analyze marketing and communications programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
Oversee the design and production of all communications, digital, print and other advertisements, presentations, newsletters, give-aways, videos, etc.
Oversee GDP's social media strategy/presence and lead industry media relations and overall PR strategy
Manage and evaluate agency relationships including developing contracts, evaluating performance and ensuring budget compliance
Collaborate with leadership team to continually brainstorm and optimize marketing mix
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or related discipline, preferably in the Dental/Healthcare industry
Successful track record of developing market plans that deliver strong revenue and growth
Experience in building brand and strengthening brand equity
Ability to interpret quantitative findings, synthesize results and apply learnings and take a performance-driven approach to marketing
Position also requires project management skills; analytical/problem solving abilities; superior verbal and written communication skills; attentiveness to detail, excellent proofreading skills, and creativity
High comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, high growth and fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
Intellectually curious
Sense of humor (preferred and encouraged)
Ability to travel (25%)

Base Compensation:
$160-$180K + bonus opportunities
