Inpatient Care Coordinator you would play a crucial role in facilitating patient care within Mercy Medical Center.

What you will do:
Serving as a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Providing patients and their families with information about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote health and prevent complications.
