- Manage the redeployment, recertification, refreshes, repairs, updates, and maintenance of employee devices including PCs, MACs, iPads, Phones, Printers, and Humanscale equipment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problemsolving.
- Maintain adherence to service level agreements and IT support best practices.
- Support specific assignments/projects as needed.
- Coordinate the distribution and recovery of laptops for staff members.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to colleagues.
- Conduct weekly stock counts to verify resource accuracy and availability.
- Execute laptop recovery and deployment processes for employees.
- Deploy laptops to various locations in the US and Canada.
- Offer backup IT support for executive officers, and audiovisual team members in the absence of primary support.
