    Quality Manager Position at Our Healthcare Company!



    This is an in-person job opportunity, not suitable for remote work. The role will be primarily based at our Bethany, El Reno, and Clinton, OK locations.



    In the field of nursing, there is an increasing demand to move beyond traditional bedside care and delve deeper into systemic strategies that can enhance outcomes and overall quality of life. If you are a Nurse with a strong dedication to exceptional care and a curiosity to explore the underlying reasons behind healthcare practices, we want to hear from you regarding our Quality Manager position. We welcome applications from both Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).



    Responsibilities and Purpose

    • Develop, implement, and uphold a standardized quality management plan and program.
    • Create and manage tracking and monitoring systems for healthcare quality enhancement initiatives.
    • Ensure ongoing monitoring of high-risk, high-volume, and unique incidents both concurrently and retrospectively.
    • Devise methodologies for preventive care and healthcare assessments. Conduct preventive studies to review care continuity, coordination, and service quality.
    • Coordinate all external oversight visits for contracted providers and ensure the timely completion of corrective actions.

    Desired Experience and Education

    • Hold a current and unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
    • Possess updated First Aid and CPR certifications.
    • Basic proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
    • Preferably have experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
    • Previous involvement in Long Term Care, Long Term Acute Care, Hospice, or Home Health is advantageous.

    Requirements

    • Capable of passing a criminal background check.
    • Able to pass a Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (POPES) evaluating physical abilities.
