- Develop, implement, and uphold a standardized quality management plan and program.
- Create and manage tracking and monitoring systems for healthcare quality enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of high-risk, high-volume, and unique incidents both concurrently and retrospectively.
- Devise methodologies for preventive care and healthcare assessments. Conduct preventive studies to review care continuity, coordination, and service quality.
- Coordinate all external oversight visits for contracted providers and ensure the timely completion of corrective actions.
- Hold a current and unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
- Possess updated First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Preferably have experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Previous involvement in Long Term Care, Long Term Acute Care, Hospice, or Home Health is advantageous.
- Capable of passing a criminal background check.
- Able to pass a Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (POPES) evaluating physical abilities.

Quality Manager Position at Our Healthcare Company!
