    As the Quality Manager at Malarkey Roofing Products, you'll embody the essence of excellence in every aspect of the role. Your leadership will set the tone for a team dedicated to the relentless pursuit of top-tier product quality. By infusing your professional and passionate approach, you will drive the implementation of cutting-edge Quality and Process Control methods. Your commitment to upholding the highest standards will directly impact our manufacturing business plans, making your role pivotal in our quest for manufacturing perfection.

    Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

    Minimum of a four (4) year, Bachelor of Science(BS); major in chemistry, engineering or statistics is a plus, and a minimum of five (5) years' experience in managing the quality function in a high speed, continuous or multi-lane processes with demonstrable bottom line results is recommended. ASQ certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ASQ certification as a Certified Manager of Quality /Operational Excellence (CMQ/OE) is a plus. Experience tracking, identifying and implementing applicable code compliance requirements with a strong proven background in applied basic and advanced statistics is preferred. Experience with implementing strategies that enable parties with different or opposing outlooks to recognize common goals and work together to achieve them.
