    Job Title: Business Systems Analyst at FIS

    Type: Full-time

    Education Required: Bachelor of Computer Science

    Travel Percentage: 1 - 5%

    About the role:
    As a Business Systems Analyst, you will represent the customer's voice to ensure continuous delivery of top-notch products that revolutionize payments, banking, and investments. Working in a hybrid waterfall/agile environment, you must be self-motivated, proactive, and think outside the box.

    About the team:
    The FIS Output Solutions (FOS) team manages print and electronic communications for numerous FIS clients. Business System Analysts serve as project accelerators within the FOS organization, driving the completion and implementation of development requests.

    What you will be doing:
    - Developing large and complex solutions through analysis and research
    - Leading multiple projects as a project or technical leader/consultant
    - Handling complex tasks that involve high risk and impact business performance
    - Coaching and guiding junior business systems analysts
    - Working independently on the most challenging projects

    What you will need:
    - Understanding of the financial services industry and end-to-end system development life cycles
    - Bachelor's in computer science or information systems (Master's degree desirable)
    - Proficiency in print, mail, graphic art, and electronic communications channels
    - Experience in data mapping and modern software development approaches
    - Ability in solutions design and requirements definition leveraging design-based tools

    Added bonus if you have:
    - PMI-PBA Professional in Business Analysis qualification
    - PMP: Project Management Professional certification
    - Six Sigma Green Belt certification
    - Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) credential
    - Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) certification
