- This position is designated as a remote role. Employee may work from home but will be required to work from a state where Bonneville is an established business.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and provide ongoing support for budget management
- Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key financial metrics and business performance indicators. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies to enhance financial performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR, to gather relevant data, understand business needs, and provide financial guidance
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions, new business initiatives, and other strategic projects
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior management
- Administer: Manage and administer financial planning tools and databases
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting or other quantitative degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience using data to help drive business decisions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with ability to analyze multiple data sets and understand interrelationships
- Strong knowledge of research principles and practices with demonstrated capabilities in both qualitative and quantitative research
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools – ideally Adaptive Planning, DOMO, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other data tools
- Demonstrated excellent leadership, facilitation, project management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
- Proven ability to handle stress, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
- Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to contribute to the advancement of Bonneville's analytics and business intelligence capabilities. We are looking for a collaborative, skilled researcher and data storyteller who can build the capabilities and lead this key area of growth for the company.
