    Description

    Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for driving world class strategic and financial planning methods, building long-range operating plans to support business initiatives and developing rolling forecast to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness. You will be responsible for operationalizing and cultivating data-driven planning processes and improving upon monthly and quarterly reporting. This career-building role will ample opportunity for collaboration and direct communication with senior leadership.

    What you will do:

    • Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights.
    • Collaborate closely with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute plans.
    • Make and supervise forecasting reports.
    • Oversee weekly, quarterly, and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasting.
    • Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support.
    • Provide monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required.
    • Check performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities.
    What we look for:
    • 3-5 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited university
    • Experience in a rapidly growing environment/organization preferred.
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Experience using PowerBI (intermediate skill level minimum)
    • Strong people skills; comfortability working with Operations and office leaders.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to motivate team members and provide direction.
