Develop and implement complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planningConduct rigorous analysis of key performance indicators, operational metrics, and business trends, translating the data into actionable insights and recommendationsLead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing variance analysis to highlight key business drivers and financial risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align on and support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, provide deal support, and drive profitable growthAssist in preparing management presentations and reports for the Executive team, Board of Directors, and external stakeholdersParticipate in the financial due diligence for fundraising opportunitiesMonitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify potential business risks and opportunitiesUndertake interesting and impactful ad hoc analyses and special projects as directed by LeadershipYou

Have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldHave a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the technology sectorAre proficient in financial modeling and analysis with a deep understanding of financial statementsHave excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skillsPossess strong Excel skills and experience with financial software systemsAre familiar with Mosaic or other strategic/FP&A tools, Netsuite, or data visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) is a plusAre able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlinesHave excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and conciselyAre a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvementAre able to work in an ambiguous environment with very little directionNice to Have

An MBA, CFA, or CPA certificationPrior experience in a startup or high-growth organization, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to thrive in such environments.
