- The IS Business Analyst will collaborate with the Internal Software Development team in identifying requirements, planning, implementing, testing, deploying and maintaining Business System Applications that support US manufacturing operations.
- The Business Analyst will play a vital role in supporting complex business applications, ensuring successful deployment to enhance US manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes.
- The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging organizational processes to deliver high-quality customer service internally and help develop strong stakeholder relationships.
- Utilizing expertise in IT principles and business standards, the BA will research, design, document, and assist in testing and deploying applications, ensuring seamless integration across software applications and business requirements.
- While assisting with multiple teams and projects, the Business Analyst will engage with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization, collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Interview all stakeholders and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.
- Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly.
- Ability to build strong relationships across organizations and navigate the complexity and ambiguity that comes from a matrix organization.
- Essential to being successful in the role are strong time management, analytical thinking, organizational, and documentation skills, as well as clear and effective communication abilities.

- 6-15 years business analyst experience
- Experience with Agile methodology
