- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers using various marketing efforts and outbound prospecting.
- Educate customers on the key benefits of ACP product lines and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Manage various-sized accounts by providing timely customer support, including answering questions, providing technical assistance, and processing orders.
- Thoroughly investigate leads, prospects, and customers to understand sales opportunities.
- Document all relevant information accurately in CRM systems, email, and shared documents.
- Provide project management support as needed for accounts or the sales team.
- Travel as required for tradeshows, sales calls, and other business-related events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience with database management systems
- Ability to learn and use CRM software, ERP systems, phone systems, and other relevant software products.
- Strong communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
