Job Summary


Grande Cheese Company is seeking a customer and sales leader for our open Manager, Operator Account Specialist In this role you will use business development skills to Lead the OAS (Operator Account Specialist) team and the Multi-Unit initiative with the objective of providing solutions, services and tools that build Grande's Operator's business and create long term loyalty.

The OAS Manager will directly manage the OAS team of associates providing training, insights and direction for the team.

This role will also work with the Manager of Operator Services and lead the execution of all available tools and services in support of Multi-Unit Operators, enhancing their loyalty to Grande.


What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Five (5) or more years Marketing or Business Management experience which includes:
  • Demonstrated Cross Functional Team Leadership
  • Customer Selling
  • Solid Communication

Preferred:


  • Restaurant/Operations Experience a plus
  • B2B Selling Experience a plus

Education:
Required

  • Bachelors Degree or better in Marketing
