Job Summary:

Traveling between Neenah and Denmark

Duties:


  • Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
  • Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintain the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics
  • Handle payroll tasks and assist with financial recordkeeping
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with staff and external contacts

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management procedures
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Experience with event planning is advantageous
