    ~ We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our vibrant team. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving, innovative construction company, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects from conception to completion. You will be involved in a variety of projects, from residential to commercial construction, providing you with a diverse and challenging work environment. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
    As an Assistant Project Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
    Assisting the Project Manager in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project specifications and requirements.
    Ensuring that all contracts, plans, and documents are properly prepared, reviewed, and updated.

    Monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline.

    Regularly reporting project status to the Project Manager, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
    Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
    Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
    The ideal candidate for this Assistant Project Manager position should possess the following qualifications:
    A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
    Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
    Exceptional skills in contract management and negotiation.
    Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
    A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
    A professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) would be an advantage.
