We are the German market leader in the field of digital navigation in the healthcare sector. Our outdoor and indoor navigation is used by over one third of all German university hospitals, including the Charité Berlin and the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein. First hospitals in Luxembourg, Austria and Switzerland are now also on board. Our mission is to safely and reliably navigate all stakeholders, from patients to employees, to their destination. For this purpose, we use web applications as well as Android and iOS apps.

For our office in Hamburg, between Binnenalster and Hauptbahnhof, we are looking for a new addition to our team of ten as soon as possible:

Software Support Specialist 1st & 2nd Level (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • 1st & 2nd level customer support via video responses, email, phone and video conferences
  • You analyze customer inquiries and error reports and process them in the form of tickets
  • You create meaningful tickets for handover to 3rd level support
  • You support in improving our software
  • You identify, analyze and document errors
  • As part of our dynamic team, you work closely with product owners, project managers and software developers to ensure and advance the quality and functionality of our software
