Are you a qualified professional with experience in project management and a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or wood technology? Are you looking for a role where you can take ownership of projects? Then we should get to know each other We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for trade fair and event construction in Puako, HI.

Our client is a well-established, owner-managed company in the trade fair construction industry with a location in Munich. From here, they plan and implement national and international trade fair stands.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of national and international projects, such as events, trade fairs, roadshows, and product presentations
  • Planning, execution, and budget monitoring, as well as primary customer support
  • Ensuring planning security for project phases 59 (according to HOAI)
  • Supervision of deadlines and processes, as well as coordination of external contractors
  • Project management and onsite construction supervision throughout Europe
  • Completion documentation and economic project evaluations
  • Management of complex customer projects from detailed planning and execution to costeffective, timely, and highquality implementation

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, business administration, or a comparable education
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as a project manager or construction supervisor in the trade fair, retail, or interior design industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness
