Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team to support projects for Hawaii's Health Analytics Office. In this role you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aimed at enhancing healthcare services in Hawaii. Leveraging your expertise in Medicaid systems, eligibility and enrollment, coupled with data analysis experience, you will collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project for project documentation and management.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within tight timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience supporting Health and Human Services
• Knowledge of Medicaid systems with exposure to Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI).
• Experience in eligibility and enrollment (E&E) processes within the healthcare sector.
• Experience in Data Analysis / Data Management.

Preferred:

• PMP Certification
