Your contribution:

Leadership and development of the HR team (5 employees, serving approximately 400 employees)
Management and responsibility for HR processes and budget
Member of the management board
Close collaboration with management on operational and conceptual HR topics
Advisory role for management colleagues and executives, as well as contact person for the works council
Management of companywide staffing needs and personnel controlling
Strategic project work and management
Organizational development and personnel development
Collaboration with other HR managers within the Löwenstein Group

What you bring:

Completed degree in business or law, ideally with a focus on human resource management or labor law
Many years of experience in human resource management, ideally in mediumsized family businesses
Motivating and inspiring leader with a passion for continuously developing the
