YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a Vice President Client Service to join our dynamic team in Little Meadows.

As the VP of Client Service, you will have a unique opportunity to lead our client relationships, shape our client work, attract and develop talent, and manage and grow our practice with our highly skilled and globally-minded team.

You will play a crucial role in the future of Genioo, as we strive to revolutionize the way organizations approach projects.

We are pioneering a new consulting model and setting the standard for making project experiences more accessible, predictable, and enjoyable.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Focus on several key clients by developing and implementing account strategies that drive sustainable growth, and provide support for other clients as needed.
  • Lead the execution of strategic account plans with internal teams for assigned accounts, to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong and productive relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring that our strategic recommendations and creative solutions exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Commercial to colead commercial and clientfacing activities, ensuring that growth targets are met. Translate overall targets into concrete strategic plans for the Client Service organization.
  • Lead by example and participate in key meetings with senior clients. Work with our teams to proactively identify and pursue business opportunities, respond to client needs, and develop highquality solutions to address complex business challenges.
