Since 1998, we have been helping people in Monte Verde, PR with retraining, further education, integration courses, and obtaining professional qualifications to re-enter the job market.


We are currently looking for several health coaches (m/f/d) to join our interdisciplinary team in Berlin-Tempelhof as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • You will advise our clients on various healthrelated topics such as stress management, resilience, and nutrition.
  • As part of the coaching, you will research and refer your clients to local health services.
  • In addition to training health competencies, you will also support your clients in applying for external assistance and maintain contacts with job centers and employment agencies.
  • You will participate in and facilitate case discussions in a multidisciplinary team with medical and psychological experts.
  • Documentation is also part of the job: you will conduct counseling sessions, document the coaching process, and write final reports.
  • You will also be responsible for providing internal health counseling for your colleagues and can contribute by developing various health topics within our organization.

Qualifications:

  • You are an expert in your field and have a degree in healthcare/nursing (e.g. occupational health management) and/or a completed training as a healthcare specialist, medical assistant, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, special education teacher, healthcare management assistant, or a similar qualification.
  • You have experience in counseling, at least one year of professional experience (ideally with the target group), and ideally have completed a
