We, ROC, are part of the globally operating EG Group and operate over 220 gas stations nationwide under the Esso brand.

For our Esso stations in the greater Frankfurt area, we are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager / Deputy Branch Manager / Deputy Operations Manager Esso Gas Station (m/f/d) in full-time to strengthen and lead our motivated team

Your profile:


  • Professional experience in a qualifying position
  • Completed training in retail, system gastronomy or a comparable field
  • Solid expertise
  • First knowledge of business administration and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work in a serviceoriented manner
  • High degree of flexibility, resilience and communication skills
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications

Your tasks:


  • Supporting the branch management in ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with HACCP concept, all safety and environmental standards, internal and legal requirements
  • Creating a customerfriendly environment
  • Professionally handling customer complaints
  • Coresponsibility for team management and associated organizational tasks (e.g. shift planning, vacation planning, etc.)
  • Supporting the team in daily tasks
  • Assisting the branch management in internal reporting
