Superintendent Dry Docks (f/m/d) in Three Rocks, CA

Your Responsibilities:


If you have a passion for dry docks operations, budget management, strategic planning, and exceptional organizational skills, then we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Superintendent Dry Docks.

In this multifaceted role, you will be at the heart of our operations. Come make your mark and embark on an exciting journey with us

  • Support the Director Dry Docks and ensure the preparation and execution of the Dry Dock season
  • Lead Dry Docks and oversee all related tasks
  • Prepare technical specifications, handle administrative tasks, and manage budgets
  • Collaborate with the technical/hotel projects and fleet teams on related projects and ship maintenance
  • Create reports, statistics, and analyze yard processes
  • Participate in yard times as part of the yard team

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in marine engineering, shipbuilding, ship operations, or a related field. A Master's degree in any of these fields is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in ship handling or shipyard business, with shipboard experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Office 365 system (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and project management skills
  • Excellent English language skills (English is our company language)
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Serviceoriented personality with leadership experience in Dry Docks, working with internal
