    **Job Description**

    **About the Team:**

    The Cost and Inventory team is responsible for Intel Cost and Inventory, which resides in the ICOST tool. Key objective is the simplification of costing and inventory valuation through system and process improvement and automation to support our finance user community.

    **About the Role:**

    We're looking for a Database Administrator experienced on Infrastructure Maintenance, Jobs operations and some experience on development, analysis and exploration skills, testing methodologies and production support.

    The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented software developers and analysts to provide solutions to our finance user community.

    **The responsibilities to this role include (but are not limited to):**

    Analyzes new business needs in order to come up with technical requirements that later on need to be developed.

    Be well versed in the latest development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and KANBAN.

    Due to the nature of the service, part of the tasks of this role includes assembling existing components into a higher scale solution for business integrations.

    Problem Analysis and Solving to reduce technical debt and improve the sustainability of the application.

    Infrastructure Maintenance activities.

    Code source repository tools set up and maintenance.

    Production and Pre-production environments set up and maintenance.

    Management of Audit Controls.

    Work as a team with developers to troubleshoot application problems related to the database.

    **Qualifications**

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    **Minimum**

    Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience (2+ years) in addition to:

    4+ years of relevant industry experience.

    2+ years' experience in some of the following:

    + Using SQL Server Engine (Install - Configuration - Maintenance - Administration).

    + Windows Server Administration.

    + MS Visual Studio.

    1+ year of experience in some of the following:

    + CI/CD (Continuous Integration) tools: Gitlab yml, TeamCity.

    + Code version control tool such as GIT HUB.

    + SSIS (or ETL) Packages.

    Advanced English skills.

    **Preferred**

    Knowledge on how to initiate T-SQL performance tuning and query optimization.

    Experience with the creation of SSIS projects, reports using SSRS, and MS Power BI.

    Experience on IIS Configuration and maintenance.

    Experience as Job Operator using Autosys IXP.

    Experience on Containers Technologies (CAAS).

    Experience on AGS Administration and Rialto.

The technology helps Intel to know which experiences are the most and least popular and see how device owners interact with the experience. All information these technologies collect is aggregated. If the device owner does not allow these technologies, then Intel will not know when the device owner visited or how the device owner interacted with our experiences.

    **Functional**

    Functional Inactive These technologies enable the Intel experience to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. The technology may be set by Intel or by third-party providers whose services Intel have added to our experiences. If the device owner does not allow these technologies, then some or all of these services may not function properly for the device owner.

    **Ad Targeting**

    Ad Targeting Inactive These technologies may be set through our Intel experience or by our advertising partners. The technology may be used to build a profile of the device owners interests and show the device owner relevant advertisements on other experiences. The technology does not store directly personal information on the device, but the technology is based on uniquely identifying the device. If the device owner does not allow these technologies, then the device owner will experience less targeted advertising.
