    Responsibilities:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Networking Technician to lead the data cable certification process in a large warehouse with over 8000 cables. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the verification of data cables, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications. Your expertise in networking and cable certification will be crucial in maintaining a robust and reliable network infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Leadership: Take charge of the data cable certification project, providing guidance to the team and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
    2. Verification: Personally verify and certify data cables, conducting rigorous testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
    3. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during the certification process, working closely with the junior technicians.
    4. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the certification process, including test results, cable locations, and any modifications made.
    5. Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless integration of the certified cables into the overall network infrastructure.
    6. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the reliability and performance of the certified data cables.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking, with a focus on data cable certification.
    • Proficient in using cable testing equipment and certification tools.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    Compensation: $ $30.00 per hour
