    We are a locally known wealth management firm in Las Vegas seeking a Client Service Associate to join our organization.

    Do you love working with people, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

    We're looking to hire an experienced Client Service Associate who has experience and knowledge of traditional wealth, 401(k) and cash balance plans who will provide exceptional service to existing clients, making them feel like they are our only client.

    You will serve as a resource for multiple advisors, support the director of client services and execute on operational needs in a timely manner.

    In a typical week, your duties can include:

    • managing the calendar
    • screening calls
    • scheduling/confirming appointments
    • processing and tracking paperwork
    • preparing client meeting documents
    • involved in client meetings to take notes for advisors
    • assisting multiple advisors in office
    • greeting clients
    • mailing reports
    • proofreading marketing materials for spelling/grammar
    • managing client events
    • setting up new client accounts
    • servicing existing client accounts
    • completing census forms
    • 5500 forms
    • participant meetings
    • etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 3-5 years operational experience within the RIA financial services industry; (broker/dealer or registered investment advisor environment also a plus)
    • Must have financial literacy and understand the account opening process with multiple custodians
    • 2-3 years 401(k) and cash balance experience within the RIA financial services industry is a plus
    • Must be able to open accounts and maintenance
    • Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues
    • Must be tech-savvy and proficient with Windows, Word, and Excel
    • Must understand appropriate paperwork and procedures necessary to process transactions
    • Strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
