Hello, my name is Lorena and here is a little bit about me!

I've been doing customer service centered jobs for the past 4 years starting off as a sales associate for Hollister. This allowed me to gain experience and knowledge with assisting customers, organizing shipment, processing returns/transactions and providing the best customer service necessary. 

I've also worked at Amazon Fulfillment for 2 years as a learning ambassador. My responsibilities included training newly hired associates on work and safety behaviors, coaching associates on standard work protocol, and processing fulfillment orders for customers across the country.

I'm very passionate about healhtcare, as I've always dreamed of working in the medical field. My current position is a Patient Services Representative for West Dermatology. I'm currently in college as well to obtain a degree to become a radiation therapist. Being a full-time student and working full time shows how I can juggle multiple responsibilities.

i'm confident, have strong verbal and written communication skills, a fast learner and am determined to grow in my career no matter what field I'm in.
