    Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Office Assistant:

    • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and courteous demeanor.
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.

    Qualifications of the Receptionist/Office Assistant:

    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.

    Salary:

    $50,000-$58,000
