    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Care Manager. The Client Care Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day client care operations, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining strong client relations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves overseeing and coordinating client services, addressing client needs and concerns, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the care team. The position is located in Essex Junction, VT.

    Qualifications

    • Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Experience as a RN, PT, PTA, OT, LCSW, or Certified Care Manager
    • Knowledge of local resources and services for seniors
    • Willingness to Network and Referral Market with area eldercare professionals.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

    Note: Additional qualifications and certifications related to caregiving, gerontology, or healthcare management would be beneficial.
