Alliance Group is seeking full-time Building Automation System (BAS) Manager in Essex Junction, VT to join our growing Building Automation team.


This is an office-based position that is responsible for the oversite, growth, and financial goals of the department, including implementing procedures or strategies to make sure goals are being achieved.

Starting Salary Range:
$85,000/yr -
pay is negotiable based on experience.

Job Title:

Building Automation Systems (BAS) Manager

Vice President of Operations


Job Summary:


The Building Automation Systems (BAS) Manager is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the building automation department, as well as achieving financial goals by implementing procedures and strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement company vision
  • Create unity within the department by ensuring the team has the same goals and direction for the department
  • Ensure procedures are in place for communication to ensure the best possible customer service
  • Ensure goals and milestones are being achieved, both in growth and financially
  • Recruit and retain employees for continued growth by keeping the team motivated and moving forward
  • Provide annual reviews with all staff within the department, assist with setting attainable goals, and ensure that all individuals on the team are meeting those goals through training and more
  • Manage team and make sure they are working efficiently
  • Ensure accountability within the department by implementing disciplinary action as required
  • Maintain positive customer relations by engaging in account management, handling customer complaints and inquires
  • Work with team to ensure quotes/recommendations are sent out in a timely manner
  • Promote sales and manage work to achieve deadlines and budgets
  • Work with the team to forecast and optimize field staff
  • Work with teams and coordinators to verify proper monthly billing

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience with building automation systems.


License/Certification:


  • Valid Driver's License required

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable):

Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites.
A background verification will be required.
