    Description

    Our client, a fast-growing, comprehensive digital marketing and advertising organization is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an ONSITE opportunity in their Dallas office. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting 4 Recruiters and scheduling approximately 60 interviews per week.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate interview scheduling through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse and scheduling tools.
    • Manage all aspects of candidate travel, including booking and reimbursement processes.
    • Provide tours and overseeing the days activities for out of town interviewees.
    • Maintain proactive communication with candidates using the ATS, keeping them well-informed throughout the interview process.
    • Process background checks and monitor the results within the ATS to ensure timely completion.
    • Collaborate closely with Recruiters to ensure a cohesive candidate experience.
    • Prepare interviewers by providing them with all necessary information about upcoming interviews and candidate visits.
    • Review and update ATS data regularly to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
    • Generate reports using the ATS and other tools to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Contribute to various People & Culture initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 1+ year of relevant HR experience; talent acquisition coordination or executive administration a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Problem-solver.
    • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred.
    • Ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels.
    • Experience with Greenhouse, GoogleSuite and Slack a plus.
    • High professionalism.
    • Expert in interview scheduling.
