    Job Title:
    Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contractor

    Duration: 6 Months


    Location:
    : Dallas, TX(Must be local)

    This role is a hybrid position, with the contractor reporting to the office three days a week. With that, the person must be local to Dallas, TX and be willing to commute to the office weekly.

    What We're Seeking


    We are looking for a self-motivated individual that enjoys building rapport with candidates as they work with them through the on-boarding process.

    This person must have a deep understanding of employee recruiting and onboarding best practices, both the st***gy and the day-to-day activities that set new hires up for success.

    The most successful people in this role will be confident, detail oriented, flexible, and have a team first mentality.


    In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days (3) in the office set by your manager.

    What You'll Do

    Manage candidates selected for hire through Onboarding & Background process
    Conducts compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
    Prepares job offer letters
    Prepares and orders drug & background screens
    Organizes candidate data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases, update internal ATS and various systems with progress notes, and communicate with all levels of the organization
    Along with these tasks you will perform background and reference checks, coordinate interviews, prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire), and assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)

    What Background You Should Have

    2-5 years as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role specifically in the onboarding and background phase of the hiring process
    Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases is mandatory
    Knowledge of Jobvite and/or UKG preferred
