- Review bid calendars from customers
- Identify project opportunities to bid
- Perform takeoff, collect bid documents, plans, and specifications
- Create equipment selections using factory software tools
- Generate quote letters and price summaries
- Update and manage opportunities in ATM CRM
- Create submittal documents for various products
- Enter orders to factories
- Relay shipping information between factory and customer
- Track orders/shipments as necessary
- Process warranty claims with manufacturers
- Update and manage orders in ATC CRM
- Provide engineering support as needed
- Support for ATC stock orders
- Attend jobsite and/or customer visits to assist Sales Engineers
- Keep current with factory software versions
- Assist customers with requests
- Strong technical HVAC background
- Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in time management and ability to meet deadlines on assignments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Internet Browser (Chrome), and related Microsoft CRM software
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- May require travel to meet with clients or potential clients on occasion
