- Solutions Communication: Provide technical and business support for sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations that promote the value of our solution.
- Requirement Customization: Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and technical constraints, proposing customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Prospective Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions can address these effectively.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, configurations, and benefits, staying updated with new product enhancements and their potential impact on new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration with Product & CS Teams: Relay client feedback and industry insights to product management and engineering teams to help shape product development and innovation.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales Consultant, or in a similar role within a technology or SaaS company.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to discuss and demonstrate software solutions and integrations clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of writing clear and concise proposals and delivering compelling presentations.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and matching customer needs with the right solutions.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong track record of successful client engagements and relationship management.
