    THE ROLE: Inside Sales Engineer Position

    Xylem is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer with 0-7 years of experience in technical sales support. The role involves providing technical assistance, project management, and exceptional customer service from their Pewaukee, WI office. Key responsibilities include project management, customer support, and collaboration within the company to reach commercial goals.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop technical expertise in Xylem products
    • Provide aftermarket support and product selections
    • Support external customers with technical assistance
    • Manage new build projects and customer inquiries
    • Utilize CRM and ERP tools for customer interactions
    • Engage in customer calls, trade shows, and special projects
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and support

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    • 0-2 years of inside sales experience
    • Understanding of mechanical equipment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail and customer service
    • Interest in Six Sigma Green Belt

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Pro and AutoCAD
    • Familiarity with product selection tools
    • Knowledge of CRM, quotation, and ERP systems
    • Passion for water and the environment

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Light lifting and office environment
    • Regular sitting, standing, reaching, and movement

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Standard office setting
    • 40-hour workweek
    • 20% travel, including international as needed
