    Human Resources Administrator - New York, United States - DO & CO AG

    Description

    We are in search of a Human Resource Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain employee records such as vacation and sick leaves.
    • Prepare monthly compensation and attendance spreadsheets.
    • Update internal databases with new hires' information like contact details and bank accounts.
    • Distribute physical and digital training materials.
    • Handle the storage, copying, and scanning of company policies.
    • Address any queries from employees.
    • Generate ad-hoc reports on expenses.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience as an HR Clerk, Coordinator, or in a similar junior role within an HR department.
    • Sound understanding of HR operations including onboarding, training, and compensation.
    • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
    • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is advantageous.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • BA in Human Resources or relevant field.
