- Maintain employee records such as vacation and sick leaves.
- Prepare monthly compensation and attendance spreadsheets.
- Update internal databases with new hires' information like contact details and bank accounts.
- Distribute physical and digital training materials.
- Handle the storage, copying, and scanning of company policies.
- Address any queries from employees.
- Generate ad-hoc reports on expenses.
- Prior experience as an HR Clerk, Coordinator, or in a similar junior role within an HR department.
- Sound understanding of HR operations including onboarding, training, and compensation.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- BA in Human Resources or relevant field.
