What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?

  • Complies with established policies and procedures and maintains established standards and practices including the Compliance Program/Code of Conduct.
  • Follows Residents' Rights policies at all times.
  • Welcome and greet employees, guests and residents who enter the HR office and provide assistance as appropriate.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and text messages, and assist employees, applicants, and guests in the Human Resources offices.
  • Scanning processed employment changes forms.
  • Moving the biweekly payroll reports into the individual personnel folders.
  • Send and downloading completed DocuSign packets.
  • Making copies of employee's IDs and licenses
  • Creating ID Badges
  • Sending out department orientation, job description and the Team Member guidebook packets and ensuring timely completion.
  • Process all background checks
  • Entering employee information into Dayforce, the GSC Directory, GSC Vehicle Registry, We Care Connect and other systems as needed.
  • Responsible for processing separation paperwork and disabling access in all systems: Dayforce, We Care Connect, GSC Directory, 401(k) Provider website, COBRA, ID Badge systems, MetLife, etc.
  • Checks and distributes the mail from Administration to the Human Resources department.
  • Responsible for the electronic employee birthday card distribution.
  • Comes to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
  • Assists in the preparation and publishing of team member communications on the GSC App and posting information on the bulletin boards.

What do I need for this role with Garden Spot?

  • Outstanding telephone communication skills and human relation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficiency with an HRIS system.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
