    We're looking for an unstoppable contract Information Systems Engineer to join our team. This role will support the Information Systems team by designing, testing, and implementing configuration-based solutions in our policy management system (Applied Epic), CRM (Salesforce), and other applications. This position will also do analysis of our application usage, and discover new ways to optimize our end-user productivity.     What You'll Do:

    • Design and build small and medium-scale solutions within our Applied Epic and Salesforce applications
    • Work with the Information Systems team to identify opportunities to increase end-user productivity and eliminate manual work
    • Document designs and processes in our Atlassian platforms
    • Work with end-users to identify pain points and validate solutions
    • Update existing configuration within our core applications to meet our requirements of scale and security

    What We Need:

    • BA/BS degree in a technical field
    • 2+ years of experience configuring information systems and/or CRM applications
    • Ability to jump into a new platform or user workflow and get up to speed quickly
    • Experience building SaaS application configuration solutions from scratch, and refactoring existing configurations
    • Strong grasp of formal logic and Low Code/No Code platforms and tools
    • Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and algorithms a plus

    The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible to participate in our equity incentive program and will also receive our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

    US hourly range for this full-time position: $30—$55 USD
